Purple Power first appeared in the mid-1990s as a combination of Skunk #1 and Purple Haze. It was created by mysterious breeders and many have developed their own version of the cultivar with matching genetics.
The top reported aromas of the Purple Power strain are lemon, sour candy, and sugar. It is said to taste like skunky candy and sweet berries.
